1. To set up free shipping, click on the tab with the name CONFIGURATION

2. Click the Disable / Enable Service box to open the shipping rate details

3. Click the Add Rate button to add the shipping rate discount setting

4. Set the shipping rates date range and click the Set Discount Type box to open and choose the discount type:

A. Percentage:

Set the discount based on the percentage from range 1-100% and can be combined with maximum discount amount

Example: 100%, maximum 5000

B. Fixed Amount:

Set the discount based on the fixed amount

Example: 10000

5. Click the Save button to save the shipping rate discount

6. Shipping rate discount has been successfully created

To edit the previous shipping rate discount configuration, click on the Edit Rate button. After finish edit, click save button

To disable the shipping rate discount, click the Disable / Enable Service box and press the delete button afterward

If user delete shipping rate, user won't be able to revert the shipping rate.
