To get started, please follow the instructions below to set up your account and start using our app. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the setup process, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance. We’re here to help you make the most of our app and streamline your shipping process. Let’s get started!

1. To connect your Shopify account, click on the tab with the name LOGIN

2. Fill in the Shopify account and password data that J&T Express provide via email or a third-party chat app (WhatsApp)

3. Click the Login button to connect your account

4. Your Shopify account has been connected; you may request that our team assist you with the location setup before adding our services in the Shipping and delivery menu.

5. To add the J&T Express shipping service, click on the Settings menu to open your store settings

6. Click on the Shipping and delivery menu

7. Click on the Manage text

8. On Shipping and delivery settings profile, click the Add rate button

9. Select the option Use carrier or app to calculate rates to add a new 3rd party shipping carrier.

10. Select the J&T Express service and click on the box that says EZ to activate the EZ J&T Express service

11. Click on the Done button to save the settings

12. The J&T Express EZ service has been installed, which will appear in the services column.

13. Click the Save button to save the shipping settings.

*You may skip this step if you have already set these settings previously

14. Next, regarding setting the telephone number that must be filled out at checkout, click on the Checkout and accounts menu.

15. Scroll down until you find a section with the name Shipping address phone number and select the Required option

16. Click the Save button to save the settings for the shipping address telephone number which is mandatory when carrying out the checkout process
